Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish with about 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Set aside. 2. Add the cooked white beans, nutritional yeast flakes, flour and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a food processor. Blend until the mixture becomes a thick paste. 3. Spread the bean mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and press down firmly with a spatula. 4. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic in remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil until softened. Add the mushrooms and red pepper and cook until tender. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. 5. Spread the vegetable mixture over the bean mixture in the baking dish and press down firmly again with a spatula. 6. Pour the water over top and bake for about 25 minutes or until firm and golden brown on top. Serve hot!
